Roots in Hawaii

I was born and raised in the beautiful island of O’ahu, surrounded by stunning beaches, lush mountains, and a vibrant culture that shaped my early years. Growing up in Hawai’i gave me a deep appreciation for nature, community, and the unique traditions that make the islands so special. From local festivals to surfing and hiking, my childhood was filled with unforgettable experiences and a strong sense of belonging.

Choosing a Path of Service

As I approached adulthood, I felt a calling to serve my country and embark on new adventures beyond the shores of Hawai’i. I decided to join the U.S Army, seeking both personal growth and the opportunity to give back. The transition from island life to military training was challenging, but it taught me resilience, discipline, and teamwork. The values I learned growing up in Hawai’i—respect, courage, and loyalty—helped me succeed in this demanding environment.

New Beginnings in Colorado

After my time in the military, I found myself in Colorado, a state known for its majestic mountains, outdoor activities, and welcoming communities. The move from Hawai’i and finally ending up in Colorado was a significant change, but I quickly discovered new ways to connect with nature and pursue my passions. Whether hiking in the Rockies, exploring local towns, or building new relationships, Colorado offered me a fresh start and countless opportunities for personal and professional growth.
